The Grid Operating System is an environment and platform that support development and running of the grid applications. This paper take a study on the related issues of authorization and access control in the VEGA Grid Operation System, which is constructed based on EVP resource space model. The user use effective resource directly, they hope to manage effective resource directly, in the same case, resource owner control local physical resource and subject information and they hope to manage policy by the way oriented physical resource, so the system we constructed muset support different view to all kinds of roles. When we take a resource scheduling, if user don`t have access to the virtual resource which is scheduled, the system will have to re-scheduling the resource. In order to avoid this issue that affect the response time of the system, take into account the authorization with resource scheludling and make sure that the resource scheduled must be access by user. This can also improve the efficiency of scheduling. This paper introduce the design and implementation of the EVP resource space model-based authorization and access control mechanism, and take a measurement and analysis to the performance penalty due to the use of security mechanism.
