The Distance-education system is based on broadband network of high speed. It is a education system that regard multimedia technology as the core, teaching resource making as thread, students learning independently as center. From the point of view of management, the Distance-education system is made up of three parts mainly, namely: The network, terminal device and resource administrative system of the Distance-education. The network and terminal device form the hardware back-up environment of systematic Distance-education, join terminal device lie in different place with a scattered, relatively independent sub network, make them communicate between each other. In this way, students can not merely visit teachings resource on net in the local campus , can also visit teachings resource on net of other campuses conveniently .They realize teaching resource-sharing;The resource administrative system of the Distance-education, is a software supporting part of systematic Distance-education, it is a core of systematic Distance-education.Distance-education-oriented teaching-resource (TR) access scheduling system is the components of distance-education-resource's management system. The TR access scheduling system should adapt to the distributed TR store character t. Multi-user TR access demands are assigned to the processors of distance-education system according to a new parallel scheduling algorithm that is the core of TR access scheduling system, according to the character of abundant data and complex content overlapping policy of communication and processing is used to to improve the parallel efficiency and the speedup ratio of system.. The processor weight will be adjusted for keeping high efficiency of dynamic load balancing during two continuous scheduling, considering communication delay and data tansfer time, combining greedy algorithm, priority principle, multiprocessor scheduling task and LogGP model a parallelscheduling algorithm that adapts to the character of multi-user TR access demands in the distributed environment is proposed.The thesis introduces development and meaning of TR access scheduling system, have stated the main thought of TR access scheduling system and design overall, an simulation example of teaching resource access scheduling system is illuminated with Visual C++6.0 language, comparing with and previous parallel algorithms, this algorithms can use system resource more efficient, improving parallel efficiency and achieving higher load balancing.
