The aim of Gap Technology is to prevent computers from being attacked from the outside and giving the information away. But the Data transmitting is corresponded with the outside world. Regarding the contradiction between physical isolation and Data transmitting. This paper puts forward a kind of technological conception about data transmitting safely based on the physics isolation. The conception make data transmit in the condition of the internal and external network in disconnection. In this paper , the technological channels and the methods of data transmitting have been discussed in detail in the condition of physical isolation. According to the hidden trouble , This paper also discussed the safe strategy and made some safe measures.The network physical separator is made up of the general design of physical separator module,dual-port RAM module,the USB interface module,the protocol of TCP/IP module. It can implement the isolate between internal and external network, prevent the attack of hole which is use net protocol and OS. It also can better control the data transmit and scheduling of FPGA.The design of network physical separator covers construction of hardware platform and design of relevant logic. The former settles the SI(Signal Integrity) problem of the board and considers the requirements for system. The design of the logic putting emphasis on enhancing the processing capability of the system,attenuating the delay of the acquisition buffering when the dual-port RAM function. By analyzing the data processing flow and control flow of the dual-port RAM, the histology of the logic is determined, which includes the judge of internal and external network, the firmware of USB,the storage and transmit of dual-port RAM. Multifaceted optimizations are performed on the logic, resulting in one more stable running state.The network physical separator is implemented in FPGA which boost the reliability of the board and increase the flexibility in debug.
