The 21st century, mankind has entered the information society. The lives of the individuals are undergoing unprecedented change, because that the knowledge-based economy is a current economic pattern. The emergence of the Internet, makes the traditional model of information dissemination has been a great challenge. In the network communications, the emergence of new forms of communication also brought us new profit model. Especially search engines birth, and it integrate mass and interpersonal communication model, combining technical characteristics of itself, creating a new advertising communication model, and on this basis, create a successful profit models which are suitable for the internet, and also create another myth of internet economy. Because of these developments, the requirement to develop our theory is urgent, in this context; the research on the communication and profit model of search engines has certain practical importance and academic value.Search engine is a resources system, which accepts the orders of user and provide the required information to users by databases and networks.
