For its advantages of high precision, fast speed, portable size, good reliability, non-contact measurement, the laser triangular measuring device is extensively used in size and distance measurement and product on-line examination. It can lessen labor intensity and improve production efficiency extremely. So to study on improving the laser triangular measuring device's measuring precision and speed is of great practical value.The CCD (Charge Coupled Device) is an important detection device to acquire the target information. The CCD is a new kind of semiconductor opto-electrical device invented at the beginning of the 70's in 20 century and is developed rapidly in the realm of image transmission and non-contact measurement. Due to its high resolution, high sensitivity, light weight, small size, low power, long life, good reliability, convenience in signal processing, easy connecting with computer, CCD is superior to previous mechanical and optical measuring device in measuring field.
