The Design And Development Of Training And Command Management Information System

Army information construction is the strategic goal for the PLA made in the 16th national congress of CPC. There is no experience to follow for the grass-roots units. Grass-roots units'personnel management and training plan management are very important tasks, but the tasks depended on human too much, which can not adapt to the development of information. Our army has used some information systems for about eight years. And the Network resources have been formed. Logistics management, equipment management and online command systems etc. have been developed. There is an urgent need for the army to develop training and command management system to enhance the level of training management standardization. Based on this reality, this paper designed and developed a training and command management system.Training and command management information systems has been designed and developed via the analysis of the current status and develop trends of the grass-roots units. Based on the UML modeling language and J2EE methods, this paper analyzed how to achieve the system function with object-oriented analysis, visualization modeling tools and MVC model.
