Design And Implementation Of Police Information Management System Based On J2EE

In the information society,information has become another major resource after the labor force,land and capital.All walks of life contribute to establish the system of information management.Establishing the system of information management has two advantages.On the one hand,it is convenient for the process management of information.On the other hand,it facilitates statistical analysis of data.As the existing human information management system does not have an independent ones,its function is embedded in other system and too single,and it can only save personal information.Users in practical work not only need to grasp the basic information of the information staff,but also need to grasp the information reported by the information staff and the reward related with the information staff,which can evaluate the role of the information staff more comprehensively.The existing pattern for reward application and approval is applying and preserving in the form of paper,manpower submission,and layer upon layer approval.This way consumes a large amount of time,manpower and material resources,and the efficiency is low.Based on the actual research,the paper designs and develops the Police Information Management System based on J2 EE.The article analyzes some problems that users are facing at present and then according to the actual needs of users,carrying out an in-depth study on Police Information Management System design and implementation.In terms of demand analysis,the paper describes the needs of the customer in detail and draws the system use case diagram from the aspect of the super administrator,administrator,and ordinary users.In terms of system design,the paper describes the preliminary design and detailed design of the system,which include architecture design,function design,data design and development environment.The architecture design consists of network architecture and software level architecture.In terms of functional design,the paper describes the main functions of the system specifically,including management of information,management of personnel,management of reward and management ofAssessment.The data design includes E-R chart and physical table design.In addition,the paper discusses in detail the key problems encountered in system development,namely keywords extraction,reward approval and electronic signature,information clustering and information classification.Finally,the paper gives the actual running results of the system and explains the effectiveness of the work.In the basis of saving the basic information of information staff,the system implements the function that the information staff are associated with the information reported by them and the information reward related to them.The system can extract keywords from the information.The system implements the clustering and classification of the information and the electronic signature,which makes the reward and approval automation.The system also implements the function to assess the staff and units automatically and to standardize the assessment model of the staff and units in terms of human information business.The system also implements the statistical analysis of data.
