Design And Realization Of The Safeguard Speech Communication System In Intelligent Resident District

Intelligent resident district has been a burgeoning industry which synthesizes modern construction, communication&control, computer network technology. It has been separated three subsystems according to the function: safeguard subsystem, proterty administration subsystem and information network subsystem, thereinto, safeguard subsystem has the most important effect to the safety of resident district. So, this paper is the most important significance and practicality worthiness for design and realization of the safeguard speech communication system in Intelligent resident district.This paper has brought forward the hardware flat-roof on base of ARM9 processor and the development environment of Linux operating system, which start with embedded system and intelligentized system according to the development direction, after the analysis to the development actuality of internal intelligent resident district and overseas intelligent resident district; On the base of analyzing and comparing the network which in common use in intelligent resident district, it has put forward the idea that use the TCP/IP to construct the communication network, which overcame the disadvantage that traditionally in use of RS485 and Fieldbus; at the same time ,it has adopt the real-time transport protocols(RTP) and the real-time transport and control protocols(RTCP) to make the real-time speech communication; it has the multithreading technology to complete the speech duplex Communication after the research of the multitask mechanism in Linux.
