The main mechanics environment that the optical remote sensor stands is a dynamic environment in the course of transfer, launch, it concerns the optical remote sensor stability of structure directly. Especially various kinds of vibration that remote sensor stood is the main factor to influence on working of remote sensor normally in the space. Some component will be suffered from micro-yield strain and destroyed, as a result that the quality of imaging is damaged irrecoverably. So, the dynamic environment which space optical remote sensor suffered is a problem that can't be ignored for stability of the structure .So, the problem that we solve primarily is to carry on the rational design of support structure to space optical remote sensor to make it have higher rigidity, lower mass, and it can suppress the dynamics environment to interfere at the same time. The rational design can keep the structure having good dynamics characteristics. Secondly the structure has good size stability under heat environment. It can in favor of design of optics system in order to achieve better image quality.Consider from means of delivery, lightening of load quality means fuel several dozen times of saving and transmission cost declined by a large margin. In addition, carrying ability requires the remote sensor to have lighter quality.Carbon fibre / the base composite of epoxy resin as a kind of new-style composite material will be the best choice for support structure material of space remote sensor because it include some excellent properties, such as small proportion, high elastic mould amount, intensity heavy, fatigue-resisting, long life, self-lubricated, wear-resisting, reducing shake, little heat coefficient of expansion, anisotropy, large design degree of freedom.The design research of lightweight support structure for some optical remote sensor is depicted as following:1.
