The thesis introduced a set of computer distributed control system of fuel boiler in the industry.The boiler equipment is a controlled object of multi-input and multi-output equipment that is connected each other. It is more difficult to carry out effective control for such complicated equipment. Generally speaking, the boiler control equipment includes the vapor wraps water level control system and combustion control system. I analyzed dynamic characteristics of vapor wraps water level and combustion control system, I compared the normal PI controller with combined controller of Fuzzy Controller and Fuzzy-PI Controller through the computer. If only using Fuzzy Controller, when the system is suffered by the disturbance, the stability would turn bad. For big hysteresis control, response time is long and overmodulation is big, but dynamic performance figure is not good when we only use PI Controller。So, I try to design the whole control project which composed of the vapor wraps water level control system and combustion control system use the control equipment of double cross-parameter Fuzzy-PI Controller.Because the fuel boiler which called controlled object is a complicated control system with the characteristic of multi-coupling, big hysteresis , multi-variable. It's mathematical model is not definite, we should use fuzzy control manner. The PID controller is linear, that is to say, we must adopt the PID manner of linear relation, but both of the PID controller and the dynamic control of industrial boiler are non-linear in most times. So we must seriously compensate the non-liner manner. Only using PID manner is not enough , and it is hard to describe the compensation in equation. Therefor , we should use fuzzy controller to deal with the non-liner manner.I use the industrial boiler control demand, from the aspect of simple, reliable, applicable situation, to analyze all kinds of distributed system, designed the distributed composite control system in which industrial control computer is master computer and ADAM4000 series remote collection-control model is subordinate computer, and achieved the centralized management and control of multi-parameter collection and multi-loop concentration. This can insure the safe run, reduce the work of workers. Energy–saving is more than 10 percent every year.
