Numerical weather forecast model is a cosmical operation model that based on non-linear partial differential equations describing the atmosphere motion variations, Then modeling future weather element variation based on computer need to process high density data and complex computations. Mesoscale numerical weather prediction model is an efficient way to provide guidance to evaluate the severe weather threat, so mesoscale mode among various kinds of meteorological modes is getting more and more important position. MM5 model is the most popular mesoscale model in the world. Meanwhile an increasing number of Grid middleware, i.e. UNICORE, Globus, have been deployed in different organizations all over the world. Demanding on abundance and precision of weather prediction production requires mess computation and corresponding scientific instruments, besides it, integrating steps of numerical weather prediction model into the work routine now in the limelight.
