Climate prediction and historical operation data is the basis of the electric power enterprise middle power prediction technology, through the history of climate forecast data and a large number of running the actual data, to establish a reasonable model, to be able to get within a certain error range of the electric power enterprise power prediction results in the medium term; Medium-term power prediction is acceptance capability assessment in the middle of the electric power enterprise guidance condition, system operators can be estimated mid according to new energy power, by new energy time series modeling, load performance of the system, evaluation model of power grid transmission capacity requirements, optimization arrangement corresponding system operation mode, so as to realize the maximization of the new energy acceptance ability and the rationality of the other power supply power distribution; Based on the system operating data, including the load forecast, and the output of generating unit power generation plan, line data, such as transport capacity for the electric power enterprise acceptance ability of online assessment.Numerical weather prediction is according to the actual circumstance of the atmosphere, to a certain initial and boundary value conditions by numerical calculation, solving the evolution about the weather of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics, method of weather is forecast for the future. Multitasking distributed processing technology for numerical weather prediction is based on the numerical weather forecast operation center ("cloud"), the calculation of multiple regional coarser resolution numerical prediction results, through a private network data transmission, at the same time to the local area numerical prediction server (" client") issued forecast data. Numerical prediction of the server running on the local distributed numerical weather prediction model, in order to receive the coarse resolution of numerical weather prediction data as background field, production meet the application requirement of high precision numerical weather forecast data.This paper adopts the method of theory combining with the practical application of research methods, from the theory and method of breakthrough for super cloud computing resource virtualization technology, mass data processing technology, large-scale parallel computing technology, multitasking distributed processing technology, based on the construction of electric power enterprise integration of numerical weather prediction platform framework, based on a certain scientific research units as the "cloud"+demonstrative project of a certain enterprise unit as the "end".
