Implementation On Integrated Network-monitoring Platform Based On Electronic Map

Network is applied to government, school and company widely. The user cares more and more to how monitor terminal, device and running condition of network to insure network works well. The safe and efficient management to network would have effect on the future of network.An integrated network-monitoring platform is presented which combines the technology of electronic map and the technology of network communication. It realizes clear and efficient network management:(1) Generate the electronic map that include background and equipment layout; Apply MVC design pattern to system design in order to keep system flexible; Use serialization and pre-clipping to improve the speed of loading and displaying the complicated electric map.(2) Monitor workstations in the map using the technology of socket communication of multi-thread based on TCP/IP; Gather and manage the status of equipments in network.
