Based on Hangzhou Broadband MAN QoS Deployment and the status of testing, this document is focus on the discussion of finding the appropriate business model based on service level control.Firstly, we make an analysis about Hangzhou MAN current structures and applications. After summarzing applications we are running through Hangzhou MAN, we make a vision for various level of transport models for future. Further more, we can design how to realize P to P QoS Mechanism through MAN base on different business requirements for design.After confirming deployment of Hangzhou Telecom's MAN QoS design. This article made a clear analysis of Main QoS controlling Mechanism, and the procedures of adjusting the network. To test the effect of QoS complete deployment, this article shows the testing results under the current network environment, and chooses IPTV as an object to make a brief discussion for the main P to P QoS ensurence on MAN.Through the testing results in this article, we can see that: Under the current MAN technical supporting model, keeping the current network infrastructure, controling the broadband investment, we would make it possible to providing P to P QoS protections. Aftering deploying DiffServ Model QoS controlling mechanism, if there is a jam or limit on the networks, we can provide the various service level control for different levels of business applications and requirements.
