In resent years, significant progress have been made in Free-Space Optical communication. Attention had been drawn to this kind of system as a solution to " the last mile problem" .But this system is very sensitive to weather conditions, so the key problem is how to improve the quality of communicating.This paper recommends the theories of atmospheric optical communication. The atmospheric channel model is established, after we detailed analysis atmosphere each kind of noise influence. Because the atmospheric channel noise is the many kinds of random disturbances addition, therefore may think is the Gauss noise. We have designed to the atmospheric channel noise Turbo code scheme, after introduced the Turbo code basic theory. Through the computer simulation and the analysis, this plan could satisfy the atmospheric channel anti-jamming the request to prove. In this foundation, further analyzed the scintillation to the receiving end the influence. It is expatiated to is not used the channel coding and uses Turbo the code the subcarrier BPSK light intensity modulation system in atmospheric Gauss noise channel realization. Through the computer model curve, we may clearly obtain the corresponding signal to noise ratio the bit error rate value. And through two curves comparisons, sees uses the Turbo channel coding the performance not to use the coding system performance to be better than, may obtain the code gain. From this may see, the Turbo code to scintillation in optical communication system has the very good anti-jamming function. Finally, we proposed the new conception and hoped to the future work.
