Research And Design Of DSP Data Processing System In Spread Spectrum Receiver

The digital receiver of the regional radio navigation system is an essential device in radio navigation system, whose responsibility is to receive and detect the spread spectrum navigation signal, extract and process the original navigation data, complete position and the expected assignment of the application system. Based on the spread spectrum communication theory and the principle and frame of digital receiver, the design of DSP data processing system, the acquisition and tracking of PN code sequence, the DSP software design of data processing arithmetic and the realization of function of peripheral equipments are analyzed and discussed in detail. Then, some valuable research results are achieved and the solvent of essential technology and software design are given.For design of DSP data processing system, this article discusses the principle and function of DSP data processing system and proposes the project of realizing system through analyzing the manner and characteristic of radio navigation system and the principle and frame of receiver. The hardware platform of DSP data processing system whose core is the floating-point digital signal-processing chip TMS320VC33 made in Ti firm is designed and essential hardware circuits in this system are analyzed and designed in detail.The synchronization of PN code sequence includes acquisition, proving and tracking. The article researches the method of realizing acquisition of PN code sequence using series-parallel slipping correlator and the measure of tracking of the received code sequence adopting non-correlative early-late tracking loop.
