When light transmitting through two interfaces of wave-guide, the luminous energy of coupling losses great for the condition of Snell Law, which restricts the wide application of coupling more optical elements. It has obstructed the development of the integrated optics. This paper based on the quantum mechanical equation of light-flow-line, used the tunneling effect theory, and applied for the physical ideology of light-flow-line quantum theory, gave the rule of quantum resonance and quantum coupling above all.In this paper, the quantum mechanical equation of light-flow-line is used and the interfacial clearance of two elements' coupling is simulated to be a one-dimensional potential well of refractive index, we discussed the quantum resonance transmission law when light is penetrating two interfaces, attained the transmission coefficient of light penetrating wave-guide, and gained the variational curve between transmission coefficient and the index of refraction , and further gained the theoretic limit with the transmissivity of 1, first gave the transmission condition for increasing the light transmitting on wave-guide port, and set up the foundation for further exploring the problem of light coupling with high loss of energy.
