Stabilization and automatic-tracking platform is an important field among the applications of the inertial technology. And because of its broad application foreground, antenna stabilization platform has become a hotspot of stabilization and automatic-tracking platform. Antenna stabilization platform, as a typical machetronics control system, its core problems are the attitude measurement of the carrier and the moving control method. And because of its ascendant simple system, speciality and real-timility etc, embedded system has become the classicality of machetronics control feild. This paper is backgrounded on"DongZhongTong"(DZT for short) satellite communication and television incepting system fixed on moving carrier, mainly researches the application of embedded control technology used on the satellite antenna stabilization platform. And the paper is emphasized on the design of hardware and software of the embedded control system.1. The paper has introduced the design process of embedded hardware framework and function structure which is based on ATML AT91R40008 MCU integrated ARM7TDMI core, mainly includes the design of kernel control module based on ARM and periphery deal-with module based on ISP, then has discussed the realization methods and fuction theories of each hardware module, and then has established the whole hardware flat of the embedded system. And also the paper has designed the API function of the bottom hardware.2. The paper has discussed the design process of the embedded software framework which is based onμC/OS-II real-time operating system, has studied the transplant process ofμC/OS-II on ARM MCU. And it has discussed the applications of kernel services such as multi-tasks, mailboxes and interruption mechanism etc on DZT system. Thereinto, the emphasis is on multi-tasks layout and realization of the antenna scouting system. At last, has established the ultimate RTOS of the system base on the hardware and software.3. Through the reaserch of the paper, a satellite transmission and television signal incepting system using stabilization platform which is used on the moving carrier (vehicle, boat, ship etc) has been designed.It uses an embedded system which is based on ARM7TDMI core microcontroller andμC/OS-II Real-time Operating System to control and scout the movement of the antenna stabilization platform, can realize the real-timable and reasonable stance control of the antenna, and then can realize the real-time communications and the signal receiving between the satellite and the moving carrier.
