Design And Implementation Of Social Security System Oriented Cooperation Platform

As being the keystone project of the national electric government affair, Social Security Information Construction(SSIC) has been received great attention by the Central Leadership of the Party and State Department recently.Along the development of SSIC,people realized it essential to construct a labour and social security architecture through standardizing and optimizing the existing business flow.Under the evolvement of SSIC, People Oriented has become the slogan of the SOcial Security System which needs to be implemented urgently.Therefore,it is crutial to consider the approach to construct a uniform labour security information system(ULSIS) and to improve social security working and management methodologies in order to increase the efficiency of social security system and to provide high-quality social services, and to enhance the efficiency of funding monitoring as well.This paper will present a scheme for the social security industry cooperation platform according to the particular characteristics at the present stage of social security system. The scheme focuses on how to develop the platform by using .NET technology,and the system design adopts SOA and webservice technology architecture.This paper also describes Bussiness Cooperation Management Systm (Pr-BCMS) which includes the design and implementation of the workflow engine system, the distrbuted workflow schedule management mechanism, the visible web user-defined form and the data exchange platform.
