In modern times, the trend of informatization becomes more and more obvious, so people ask for trustier information. It's no doubt that data encryption is an indispensable step to ensure data's security in the open conditions of network transferring. But in former measures of information security, most of applications of encryption system are implemented by software. The problems of its speed and security must be a narrow bottle-neck in the real application and development.Combining with main algorithms in digital signature, this paper has well researched on TMS320VC5402 DSP chip's working principle and scientific applications. It particularly analyzes the encryption algorithms to choose a perfect frame, and makes good use of the advantages of RSA algorithm and DES algorithm, so that the whole system obtains a credible guarantee of its security.In this paper, the software designing and hardware construction have been presented. The practical flows of RSA algorithm and DES algorithm have been implemented by the mixed programming method using C and assemble languages in CCS environment. The experiment simulates the algorithms on DSP chip and proves the security and feasibility of this designing scheme. Furthermore, a detailed scheme of hardware system with a central processing unit of C5402 DSP has also been provided. The connecting of electric circuits and controlling of signals between relevant equipments have been accomplished.It's described that this system based on C5402 DSP is a new scheme of hardware encryption, by increasing a few of hardware equipments and combining with peculiarities of core algorithms in digital signature. The system makes good use of the advantages of DSP's very suiting scientific calculation, and offsets the shortages brought by the complicated encryption algorithms in traditional software. It can consider the real time ability and security of the data encryption synchronously, so that it will make the transformation from traditional software encryption to special hardware encryption with low cost but high performance, and extend the application areas of digital signature algorithms to field data encryption. So it will possess high practical value and a beautiful future.
