With its special advantage Exactly because of its extensive application, research on special output fiber become an important topic.Currently, the familiar fiber-optic head: flat fiber-optic, spheroid fiber-optic and cylinder fiber-optic. According to the shape of pathological changes inside the human body organize to assurance which to be used. To the simplification of the kind of special medical treatment fiber, a Study on the optical fiber at the output angle 90o relative to the central axis of the fiber is presented .This article includes the following segments:1 The basic theories are offered which include the optical transmission theory in fiber and tilt effect on the fiber end.2 In this text the process of optical fiber metallic are introduced which include rubbing, activation, surface silver-plate & heat treatment.
