Based on Apache + PHP + Mysql framework, By adopting general B/S(Explorer +Sever),the Human Resource(HR) Development & Management System realizes the gathering,analysis,management of all the HR development information through network management. The system is safe, high effective, low cost, can be used between different platforms. Using multi-level power limit system for different users, four levels of power limits were set according to the physical circumstances to make full play of their rights and guarantee the system safety. Strictly set safety mechanism: There is only one access in a series of operation pages, combined with Training Certificate Register System, the system lays a foundation for a normative management mode which is propitious to realize the strategic target of talent development and creating Study-type organization.There are six moulds: Entry,Edit,Query,Statistics,Report,Maintenance. Using PHP,JavaScript as programming languages. The Data Management Plan uses general databases (MYSQL,FOXPRO,ACCESS) to realize the compound management of HR development information. By using standard staff database can make the internal data of the oilfield unified.The system aims at oilfield talent development, centered on the general thought and aim of branch companies, to realize the refinement,network,automatization so as to improve the overall level of the HR management and development, and provide talent supporting for deepening reform and effective development. Studying and using HRDMS both satisfies the circumstance development and the future need of talent training of branch companies. The system has been applied in oilfield branch company offices,secondary unit HR Departments,training schools and part of units which have training task, all together 55 units. The system has improved work efficiency of branch company HR management, changed the HR development and management concept, accelerated the integration mechanism of training,examination,application, and economic effect,social effect are obvious.
