Research On Elevator Installation-Health-Maintenance Management Platform Based On WSN And SSM Framework

With the development of China's economy and society and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,the number of elevators has increased rapidly.However,in recent years,the growth rate has slowed down,and the main profit sources of elevator enterprises have gradually shifted from manufacturing,sales and installation to maintenance business.On the one hand,due to the frequent occurrence of elevator accidents in recent years,people pay more and more attention to the healthy of elevators.Therefore,in order to maintain competitiveness,elevator enterprises need to upgrade elevator healthy management to a new height.On the other hand,with the increase of elevator installation and maintenance business volume,enterprises management relying on traditional paper file is often difficult to grasp the implementation status of the business in time and lead to some work loopholes.Management and service quality are directly related to the survival and development of elevator enterprises,so it is of great significance to improve the quality of enterprise management and service.Since the 21 st century,the development of information technology has greatly promoted the progress of management methods in various industries.This paper introduces the elevator healthy BP neural network evaluation model with the small and medium-sized elevator enterprises that collect elevator sales,installation and maintenance services.The wireless sensor network(WSN)technology is used to collect the health status data of the elevators in use.Based on the elevator composition and fault analysis,18 elevator health indicators are determined.The weights of each index are determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the BP neural network technology is introduced to establish the elevator health.Evaluation model,using SSM framework,database technology,etc.to design and develop an elevator installation-health-maintenance management platform to realize real-time monitoring of elevator health status,manage various contracts,elevator equipment,maintenance arrangement,spare parts inventory,Information such as the flow of funds.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to monitor the health status of the elevator in real time,the frame design of elevator data collection and wireless transmission system is based on WSN,and 18 elevator healthy indicators are selected based on the system composition and fault related factors of the elevator,and three layers are established.The structure of the elevator healthy evaluation index system,using the AHP method to determine the weight of each index and calculate the elevator comprehensive healthy score and the healthy score of each subsystem.The principle of BP neural network is analyzed,and the BP model of security evaluation is established.The BP neural network program of elevator healthy assessment is written based on Java language,and its feasibility is verified by network training and testing.(2)Designing the elevator installation and maintenance management system based on the investigation of the elevator enterprise,analyzing the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the system,summarizing the actual business needs of the enterprise,and referring to the existing information system in the relevant field.The system needs analysis and design,and draw the system function module diagram,use case diagram to describe the structure of the system.Finally,according to the actual business information of the enterprise and the database design principle,each database table is designed in detail.(3)Using Tomcat,Eclipse,Mysql,etc.to build the software and hardware environment required for system development,complete the SSM framework through the configuration of spring,spring MVC,Mybaits and other related files,and implement the MVC architecture of the system based on the SSM framework and gradually Implement elevator function management,installation management,maintenance management,personnel management,material management,equipment management and other functional modules for elevator installation maintenance management platform.Finally,test the system for function,reliability and safety,and verify that the system meets the actual usage requirements.
