Workflow Management Technology In Internet Game Customer Service Platform

While global economy expanding steadily and gradually, most industries are growing up rapidly and their internal processes are becoming more and more complicated. Therefore, traditional human-centric management is facing great challenge to meet the requirement. Under this background, workflow management module has been researched by many people since 1984. Various workflow management systems with different functions and structures have been developed, and those workflow management systems were integrated into EAI software and became part of the software. Internet game industry, one of the most rapidly growing industries, with huge customer volume, its customer service is facing the same management challenge since workflow system has not been applied in this area yet. In this article, the author will discuss about integrated application of workflow management technology in internet game customer service platform in China.This article will focus on establishing a platform based on relationship based workflow management system to solve the real difficulties in internet game customer service. The platform will be integrated with web service on client end, and therefore, the platform is expected to be more effective.The platform is designed with open structure and component design to enable its upgrade and maintenance in the future. The use of cross platform C# language will further enhance its transformability. The workflow system provides different workflow modules and workflow design samples, and it supports multi persons or multi roles to handle a same work. Therefore, the platform can improve productivity, lower project cost and improve company competitive capability.
