Nowadays, as the rapid development of workflow technology, more and more enterprises adopt workflow, which deals with the coordination execution of business processes, to improve their efficiency. Considering the lacks in flexibility and adaptability of traditional workflow, a dynamic workflow model with the ability of"Self_Learn&Self_Route"is proposed. In this system external controls are not demanded. (Of course, necessary manual manipulations are needed.)It can refer to the module-definition and necessary entrance-conditions or judgment-conditions, which are provided by system or processes, to decide which paths should be selected. And this system can also learn form its history (Here history means workflow logs and workflow context.), start up its"Self _Learn"function, then extend workflow module library. This approach will enable workflow to be flexible without losing the process control.Besides, as known, on the Web, IPv4 has not provided any security protection for the data, so much attention should be put on the security of workflow management system, especially if it is based on Web. In this paper a secure architecture and its policy used in a Web-based workflow management system is provided. It has 4 important parts: Workflow Design/Standard Module, Workflow Excusive Server, Workflow Authentication Server and Workflow Client. Fully taking the characteristics of workflow management system into account, it works well to keep information secrecy, integrity and availability.In the last part of this paper a practical project with inner workflow, Integration Order Management System, which is used in China Telecom, is described, including model design, system architecture, engine structure, key process design, etc. Especially, some important point as follows: engine design, interaction between engine and order/workorder, transaction mechanism, a JoinOR automatic signing algorism, are emphasized.
