In recent years, wireless mobile communication technology has developed rapidly and has been changing people's lives. People can communicate with their laptop computers and palm PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) while they are moving. Now most mobile communication needs wire infrastructure (such as base station), In order to meet the demand for wireless computing and information access in a multitude of environments, Ad Hoc network is generated which doesn't need infrastructure and is more flexible network architectures than existing centralized architectures. It has the characteristics of no per-existing infrastructure, self -organization, multi-hop, and dynamic topological, which is different from traditional wireless network. So it plays an important role in military and civil communication, commercial office and temporary communication.Routing is an important part of Ad Hoc network, traditional routing protocols don't adapt to routing changes in Ad Hoc network. Now, many routing protocols were presented by MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network)workgroup in IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force)for mobile Ad Hoc networks, such as DSR(Dynamic Source Routing),AODV(Ad Hoc On Demand Distance Vector),DSDV(Destination Sequenced Distance Vector)and TORA(Temporary Ordered Routing algorithm). These protocols have different characteristics and meet the needs of different network environment. How to suit the multiple network...
