With the continuous development of computer information system, the telecom company's core business depends on reliable running of the information system more and more. The key business data within the information system have already become its most important property. Therefore, it is no time to delay to backup key business data and to build disaster tolerance center. On this foundation the telecom company need build business continuous plan, to ensure that manager build continuous development stratagem. Therefore ,building of the perfect backup mechanism for the business enterprise information system and efficiently available disaster tolerance center is completely necessary.On the background of the construction of backup system and disaster tolerance center of SDCNC's concentrated charge and account system, the thesis analyses the backup and the disaster tolerance technique, discusses the key technique, and complete the construction in the end, SDCNC's concentrated charge and account system began to run actually.The thesis mainlyconcerns with the following contents:1. The thesis discusses the related concept of the Information Life Management, analyzes the difference among backup and disaster tolerance and pigeonhole . Subsequently, The thesis introduces commonly used backup technique: LAN backup, LAN-Free backup and Server-less backup. Based on above work, the thesis points out that we must adopt SAN in order to realize LAN-Free backup and Server-less backup.2. The thesis discusses disaster tolerance technique that is divided into commonly used four commonly used type: the data backup and recovery disaster tolerance technique, storage subsystem disaster tolerance technique, volume management software disaster tolerance technique and databases disaster tolerance technique. The thesis analyzes the typical model of the storage subsystem disaster tolerance technique SRDF technique in detail.
