The middle-storage ball coal milling has the advantages of reliable running, flexible maintenance and adaptable to category of coal. However, the dismerit of it being difficult to be controlled automatically has been the puzzle of electric power plant. It is difficult to achieve well performance using the traditional three sets of individual PID regulating system. The basic reason is that:1.The Middle-storage ball coal milling is a multi input multi output system with the properties of large inertia, great hysteresis and strong time delay. The working process is complexity and difficult to create mathematical models. The traditional parameters of controller are set manually, which cannot provide auto adaptive adjustment so it will not have satisfied controlling effect.2.The controlled parameters of coal milling have stronger coupling and great impact each other so it makes the PID system create resonance in modulating. Thereby in order to gain perfect effect decoupling must be done.If the controller can solve the above two problem properly, the controlling of coal milling will be solved. In this thesis based on fussy controlling principle and the operators'experience as well as deeply analysis of coal milling object property and dynamical property we design a kind of complex F-I controller with grading against Harbin Thermo-Electric Plant Point #6 boiler middle-storage ball coal-milling system. For the fussy ruler are established on qualified running operators'experiences the controller have good decoupling performance, moreover due to the introduction of integral the steady state error of controlled parameters are eliminated so that it has favorable robustness.The control system is simulated in Simulink tools in Matlab. Simulating local environments as much as possible and analyzing the results in detail. The simulated results can show that complex F-I controller with grading has perfect controlling quality.
