| Superheated steam widely use in industry and daily life. But at present, the measurement of superheated steam usually bases on the mass flow in administrative of the thermal energy and the economical account. This measurement system doesn't indicate the real consumeing thermal energy. The developmentment tendency is the measurement of the thermal flow instead of the measurement of the mass flow.It was established the measurement system of thermal flow and the mass flow of the industry superheated steam based on the Artificial Neural Networks technology. The Artificial Neural Networks model is outputs both the density and product of the density and the enthalpy of the industry steam to achieve the measurement of the thermal flow and the compensation of the pressure and the temperature for the mass flow. Indirect measurement system was established based on the Artificial Neural Networks model for the mass flow and the thermal flow in common range in industry, and the error of the measurement system was analysed by simulatting in computer to guarantee the reliability of the measurement system. The measurement syetem of the data collection, calculation, saving, showing and finding was set up by using VC++ and matlab mixed-language programing to make the best use of calculational function of the matlab and the software development function of VC++,which make the measurement system more usable. |
