While thermal power plant is paying more and more attention to safety and economic operation in thermal power plant,the status of the automatic thermal control is getting more and more important in thermal power plant,becoming a reliable assurance of the safety and economic operation. Directing against the performance of superheated steam temperature, large inertial and large time delay,the conventional control method is cascade control and guidance differential control. But the conventional control method is heavy to control and bad to control effect.The multiple models are obtained by the weighted-sum.Their corresponding internal controllers are designed.By choosing an appropriate controller according to the operating conditions,superheated steam temperature control is realized. It is necessary to establish precision model for industrial object precision control.There is modeling approach for the first-order plus dead-time industrial object.According to the step response of industrial object,the parameters of first-order plus dead-time model can be obtained accurately by least-square method proportional gain inertia time and dead time.A power plant's superheated steam temperature is used as the research object.Step responses in different operation conditions are identified.The result show its effectiveness.A field test proposal is developed for internal model control in main steam temperature system,which is consistent with the actual power plant operation.Experimental results show that,the design of internal model control based on multiple models is simple,the control results show the there is good tracking and robustness in the control system.It can eliminate the unpredictable interference. Internal model control has better control quality than the conventional control strategy.
