Key Technology And Application Study In Merge Of Digital TV And IP Broadband Network

This article is based on the paper The Time Table of CATV to Carrying out the Transition to Digitalization and The Implementation Suggestions on the New Technology System of Cable DTV ,which issued by General Bureau of the Broadcasting and Television and The Suggestions about Promoting the CATV Digitalization and Developing the Industry of the DTV of the City , which issued by the government of Hangzhou , also referred to the DTV development of Qingdao ,Suzhou and other cities, combined actual situation of Hangzhou city which has built advanced IP network and HFC network. The article designs and improves the technological project of DTV system in Hangzhou on the basis of the first stage system, especially on OSS, EPG system, Network system and Terminal system. Finally, the article introduces the implement of system and put forward some views on the future development of DTV.
