With the rapid development of Internet and Intranet, comparing with the traditional C/S structure, B/S structure is widely used with "thin clients" features, but there are lots of inadequacies as the follows: usually with the large quantities visit, the load of server becoming too large. At the same time, the development of server side procedures becomes extremely complicate, and it is difficult to invoke the object service on isomerism platform.According to the project of Fund Operations Management System coming from Zhejiang Jandar Technology Company Limited, we designed the multi-layer distributed applications model based on the Web Service.
