At prensent, there are a lot of Electronic instruments and Enbedded instruments.But there are few Multi-Valued and Fuzzy instruments though Muliti-Valued Logic circuits and Fuzzy Logic circuits are be researched more deeply. Especially, Fuzzy Logic circuits and system are be used more and more widely.So it is necessary to develop a kind of intelligentize instrument to test these two kind of circuits.At first the basic arithmetic operators of Multiple-valued logic and Fuzzy logic are be introduced. Also is the embedded real time operating system μC/OS-II. Secondly chips are be choosed based on the technology aims of the instrument which are analyzed detailed. At the same time the hardware configuration is designed. Then the elaborate software scheme which is based on μC/OS-II has been raised through detailed analysis about the function of the instrument. At last, the paper introduces some functions and some applications of Embedded Multivalued Fuzzy instrument. All above, to some extent, provides the new ideas and technique methods in development of the Multiple-valued logic circuit and Fuzzy logic circuit testing application system.The main tasks of the thesis are as follows:(1) Research the features of the embedded real time operating system μC/OS-II.(2) Detailedly design the hardware structure chart of the Multiple-valued logic circuit and Fuzzy logic circuit instrument. Through comparison, the double CPU sharing twin port RAM fabric has been advanced.According as the functions of the instrument, the system is divided six modules, logical control module, data processing module, data access module, signal output module, signal acquisition module and I/O module. Then select the hardware type and design the hardware circuit(3) Accomplish replanting embedded real time operating system μC/OS-II to the chip W78E58B.(4) Accomplish the software design based on μC/OS-II, Implement the functions such as occurring signal and testing signal.Through above research, Embedded Muliti-Valued Fuzzy instrument has not only the abilties to occur signal but also to test Multiple-Valued Logic circuit and Fuzzy Logic curcuit. It offers good foundation to carry out further research into the application system of the Multiple-valued logic circuit and Fuzzy logic circuit testing instrument.
