Study On Aid Decision System For The Scales Of City And Town Based On MAPGIS

The land is the important material foundation of mankind existence and development. On the one hand, with the rapid development of our country's urbanization, the scales of city and town are distending, which leads to many conflicts in the respect of land use and more and more acute man-land inconsistency. To relax inconsistency, land resource is crying for scientific and effective programmers and managements to distribute land ;on the other hand, the land of information is rapidly expanding in the informationization ages, whereas, available programming information systems often emphasized particularly on data management and cartography. The function of analyses and aid decision is weak. Therefore, it is important to make use of GIS technique integrating with decision-making model of specialty to establish the aid decision making subject about geographic information system.This paper studied the core of overall plan of land use—The cities land use of the scale plan is the research background, studies emphatically develops the cities to use the scale assistance decision information system, it is for the purpose of providing a kind of shortcut and effective tool, to accomplish the policy-making support and resources information sharing, enhances the plan decision-making work the efficiency. The system development established on research of the scale decision-making theory and the method in the cities studies, using MAPGIS as its developing platform, VC++ as its the development kit, the synthesis has utilized the systems engineering theory and the method, the object-oriented software method of exploitation, the MAPGIS is a kind of storehouse method of exploitation and such many kinds of technical method.
