Design Of AC Servo Control System In Filter Tip Attachment Assembly

This subject mainly researches the application of the AMK AC servo system in the fitter tip attachment assembly. It shows the technical improvement is necessary by analyzing the decisive function of the drive system to the cigarette specifications through the brief introduction of the production process of the filter tipped cigarettes. It emphasizes the basic structure, the performance advantages, the technical principle, the system application and the test methods of the AC servo control system used for ZJ15 Cigarette Making & Plug Assembling Combination.This paper gives the way of using the AC servo drive instead of the traditional drive mode consisted of the main motor, the gears and belts, realizing the synchronous drives of the multi-motors. The closed loop control technology of the speed and the position embedding has been adopted to track in real time, then to reduce the transmission error and the noise, so as to increase the control precision and the stability of the combination and simplify the maintenance and repair of the mechanical and technical system. The AMK-APROS software of AMK company and the S7-400 PLC programs of Siemens company are used to carry out all sorts of the actions needed in the normal running of the combinations. The Profibus-DP Fieldbus is used to realize the communication of the data and information between the DP master and the DP slave to complete the normal running of the combinations.By analyzing the existing problems of the old control system, this article explains it is reasonable and scientific of using AC servo control system.The whole machine has been finished the commissioning and run the protocol, the combination is running stably and accepted by the cigarette factory. At present, the first ZJ15 cigarette making & plug assembling combination is running well at Xiangfan Cigarette Factory. Here are the following conclusions: The project of using the AC servo system in the cigarette making & plug assembling combination put forward in this article is reasonable and feasible. In the future projects of the technical improvement, the AC servo control system can be widely used.
