The Design And Implementation Of HLA/RTI Simulation Platform

This paper briefly introduces the HLA protocol and RTI architecture, and discusses the design and implementation of "object management" and "data distribution management" of HLA in detail. Surrounding the theme of how to distribute data effectively in federation, the paper discusses several topics, including how to keep the information of object instance and region, the algorithm for the distribution of object information, region information,object attribute values and interaction class instance, and the algorithm for "attribute scope advisory", etc. The paper bring forward two way to improve system efficiency, including using "region intersection matrix" to improve data routing efficiency and using the result of "attribute scope advisory" to improve the efficiency of reflecting data to federate.Using design pattern in the implementation of RTI is a highlight of our work. The paper introduces the appliance of singleton and object factory.
