Research And Implementation On Video Encoding And Simulant Client In A/V IP

With the development of network technology , audio-video compression technology and computer storage technology, and with the increase of requirement on Streaming Media Service in various kinds of network, the Streaming Technology is making rapid progress. The Streaming Technology will be more applicable in fileds of streaming media services, such as streaming movie on demand, streaming news publish, network advertisement, living broadcast on-line, video meeting, tele-education and etc.A/V OVER IP project of lab is carried out under this backgroud, the purpose of the project is to implement a streaming media system based IP network, the compressed video format is H.264, streaming server is based the Darwin streaming sever of APPLE.
