Pure IP network system is the future of wireless communication network system. Realizing wireless IP QOS, enabling all wire-line internet application such as VOIP and IP multicast without performance degrade, getting high efficient air-interface for IP packet , having standard interface, realizing seamless coverage in fast moving are the key challenges of wireless IP network. As having unique high efficiency in PHY layer , in network layer LAS-CDMA system can perform better than 3G system without employing complex and expensive algorithms. In this paper, we study the structure of LAS-CDMA network system and some design of critic algorithms. The wireless access network system using LAS-CDMA technology is named LASMAX, mainly referring to the design of IEEE 802.16 and WCDMA system. The purpose of our LASMAX system is to realize pure IP network. In this paper we show the architecture of LASMAX system. We also propose a simple and effective scheduling algorithm in bandwidth request policy.Wireless network system is developed toward 3G or B3G. Pursuing high rate, supporting multimedia commucation and communication based on IP packet exchanging are hot areas for research and application .In this paper, we introduce the basic knowledge of wireless QOS and show the background and importance of LASMAX system. We are paying special attention to SUI channel model. And a brief presentation of IEEE 802.16 MAC is showed because our LASMAX system is similar to the design of OFDMA mode in IEEE 802.16 system.Nowadays existing communication systems are moving toward pure IP network system, their experiences are wonderful reference for our design.
