This Single Degree of Freedom-Hydraumatic Platform is a kind of experimental equipment used in simulating the vibration movement of the warship on the water surface under laboratory circumstances, in which tests on the optical guiding system for carrier plane landing can be done. It can carry out rolling and pitching movement on the water like a real warship, so it shows important use value for the development of the relative equipments of optical landing system, and the simulated optical guiding system as well.The Hydraumatic Platform in this paper is a comprehensive product used by technologies like machinery, electricity, and hydraumatic, which also involved in many fields of scientific knowledge, such as mechanism, kinematics, mechanics and control system, etc. The paper make a study of each part of the platform, and the following are the main points:The paper gives an introduction to the composition of the platform from three aspects as in mechanical composition, hydraulic circuit structure and control circuit, among which the SF-160-DRV4 Servo amplifier, is mainly emphasized on the parameter, principle, making and debugging; Mathematical model are set up on hydrocylinder, electrohydraulic servo valve and angulartransducer, etc; The control system is separated and is adjusted in accordance with analysis law that deduce a digital controller D(z) used in system adjustment; Platform control interface is established by using visual programmable aids VC++6.0; According to the incremental mode PID control algorithm, the control program for platform is compiled with the help of VC++6.0. A complete control program for Fixed-point movement and Cycle movement is given respectively; The experiments of the platform are performed, according to the data, a detailed analysis of the experimental result is raised from six aspects concerning hydraulic oil as in contaminant, temperature, individual difference, pulsation frequency of control signal, and the restriction of system bandwidth.
