Ultra-Wide Bandwidth (UWB) have been abstracted and get much attention since 1990. this communication pattern use ultra narrow pulse transport data bit, and form the bandwidth about 1 GHz. It's transmission speed about 500M per second and even higher. Transmit space of availability commonly in 10 meters because of the limited in the send power. So it mainly in indoor condition use as high speed data transmission. There is multipath interfere in Indoor condition lead to decline and the decline mainly in path loss and multipath loss, so it's necessary to study the channel models.In this paper we mainly studied UWB indoor channel model and it's simulation. In theory, we first introduce wireless communication theory and it's modulate model, next we relate UWB channel models, including pathloss models and multipath models. Because multipath channel model can be compartmentalized time and frequency model, so we give a introduce for the two sort channel model, especially introduce the S-V and it's modified model IEEE802.15.3a channel model. In mulitpath channel model we simulation AWGN and IEEE 802.15.3a channel model use impulse and give out it's character. At last given out the system performance of PPM-TH-UWB signal in multipath loss models and it's simulation, and we analysis some aspects about reduce SNR and compare the curve of SNR from measure date with the simulation.
