Strapdown Inertial Navigation System which based on the FOG , inherited the FOG speciality which is small size, large dynamic scope, high reliability, maintain easily, high accuracy, high speed rate and so on. That is making Strapdown Inertial Navigation System's superiority to be more obvious and more prominent. This paper completes the research of the hardware circuit of FOG Strapdown Inertial Navigation System by the background of the practical engineering project, and obtained the application in the project.The article first briefed the development present situation, the tendency and the application prospect of FOG,and elaborated the principle of Strapdown Inertial Navigation System. This article with emphasis introduced the digital signal processing system hardware circuit design of FOG The hardware circuit mainly includes the DSP smallest system, the hign precision reading system of accelerators circuit, the temperature data collection circuit, exterior communication interface circuit, the Boot Loader circuit, the Strapdown Inertial Navigation System parameter read-write circuit,and the design of interface circuit based on FPGA. The interface circuit design based on FPGA ,mainly has the interface design of FPGA and the FOG , FPGA and the ADS1210, FPGA and the AD9220, communication of DSP and the computer,and the circuit design of vectors duplicate.This article finally introduced EMC of the hardware circuit. Not only introduced the basic principle of EMC,some questions of EMC, and proposed the concrete measures which enhanced EMC performance of the digital signal processing system hardware circuit of FOGThe temperature compensate circuit design of Strapdown Inertial Navigation System optimized dynamic performance of the entire guidance system;the parameter read-write circuit design of Strapdown Inertial Navigation System causes the FOG debugging to be more convenient and quickly;the improvement of the interface of DSP and the computer communication greatly enhanced the...
