People put more and more attention on the issue of building consumption, especially air-condition consumption and illumination consumption. Now, energy efficiency in building is a world problem, but in China it is under developed and begins very late, so research on energy efficiency in building in China is a pressed problem. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The current proportion of new wind and back wind is changeless makes the character of air become poor when there are a lot of office workers and wastes energy when there are few workers. Aimed at the problem of air quality and energy efficiency question, the amount of new wind is controlled by density of carbon dioxide, thus achieve the purpose to control indoor air quality rationally and solve the problem of low air quality and energy wasting. The density of carbon dioxide is the target to be controlled and we control it by fuzzy control.To solve the problem of temperature control , control means based on Fanger equation which include not only the influence of environment factors but also the influence of body factors.
