The Research Of Miniaturization Microwave Bandpass Filter And Design Of New-Style Fractal Filter

In recent years, along with the high development of wireless communication in business, the miniaturization of electron equipment becomes a very important problem. Almost all intermediate frequency and base band in lower frequency circuits, adopt large-scale integrate circuit include filter, so the miniaturization of these circuits upgrades along with the development of semiconductor. In aspect of microwave, along with the development of single chip microwave integrate circuit, microwave active circuits, such as amplifier, modem, become more and more miniaturized, but there are a lot of problems in microwave filter and oscillators' miniaturization, especially the miniaturization of microwave passive circuits becomes a bottleneck in microwave circuits' miniaturization. So, develop high performance, study miniaturized microwave filter is a hot topic in nowadays.This paper takes the curve line into account, and discovers that it can realize miniaturization, so we consult a lot of reference books, and then fractal concept is introduced in the paper. The fractal structure is developed quickly in many other fields, it is also developing gradually in microwave filed. Lately, many microwave workers pay great attention on fractal structure, and put the concept of fractal into antenna array, a lot of literatures have put forward to use fractal structure in microwave circuits, just like antenna array, in order to realize even better performance parameter. This paper summarizes and concludes the techniques of microwave filter's miniaturization, and compares with several realized methods of filters, discovers some strong points in micro strip filter compared with other kinds of filters. Therefore, the paper will design new types of micro strip filters' structures, in order to satisfy the demand of reducing size, meanwhile, we will put the concept of fractal into the design of filter's structure, include coupling strip line filter quadrate plane filter quadrate ring filter and triangular filter. The study is a new try, and has significant meaning and worth studying deeply, there are also some questions need to be solved in this paper.
