A design of digital measure and control network for DC motor has been puts forward in the thesis, whose field monitoring and controlling implements by slave machine, communication implements by field bus and center administration implements by host machine. It sets up on a master-slave field bus network connected by CAN bus, which composed of the master machine based on computer and slave site based on MCU. The control of master machine combines traditional motor test theory with modern measurting and controlling technology of computer. The software of the system is programmed mainly with Visual C++ language and using Object Oriented Programming(OOP) methods. The system has a mutual graph supervising interface, and it has the advantages of simple operation and high liability and easy maintaining. The software system can perform the following operation: (1)programming control;(2)monitoring the process of test;(3) recording, analyzing and dealing with the data of test, displaying and saving the useful data, furthermore, plotting the test curve; (4)in the process of test, providing the operational information by the console interface.The display model of real-time waveform in master machine, which is equal to a virtual digital scope is coded with C++ language. It can be used directly in project. The digital phase-shifted trigger in slave machine composed of programmed logic device. It has omitted the D/A convert circuit between trigger and MCU. It also promotes the ant jamming capability and the reliability. The communication part of master machine adopts the multithread technology to receive, storage data and user alternation interface administration, promotes the efficiency and data processing capability of system..
