With the rapid development of China's economy, especially in the age of information, it isan inevitable trend that direct consumption patterns will be substituted for. And theemergence of IC card will meet such a request. The IC card is at first designed for thesolution finance transaction in security problem. And as a result of its itself varioussuperiority, such as not easy to damage, the high security, large volume data storage, andso on, the IC card has been already the widespread application in the bank and finance,telecommunications, utilities and other aspects of the broad application. Nowadays, theapplication of the IC card in the refueling industry has begun to receive growing concern.From the other hand, it shows that the quick development of automobile industry leads tothe rapid development of refueling industry changes. In order to adapt to the changes inthe domestic and international situation after China's entry WTO, as well as filling theneeds that the refueling stations will raise its management level and the workingefficiency, the refueling stations must change the operation way. Specially the paymentway needs the change from original way, such as on cash, oil ticket, to use the IC card forconsumption. So, it is an urgent need in the refueling industry to work out the completeIC card expense system for the refueling machine.In the view of this present situation, however, there is only some general IC card expensesystem in market, but is not designed for adapting to some special refuels company'smanagement idea. This article will aim at the special demand of the company in ChangChun, and has carried out research and development of IC card expense system forrefueling machine.After the thorough discussions with the company leadership and some staffs, andunderstanding the company's operation flow and some special requests, the overallsystem design proposal has been determined in the foundation of the widespreadinvestigation. The system is divided into two parts—the foreground, the device forrefueling charge, and the background, the software system for managing.In reference to the foreground device, in the foundation of understanding the operationalprinciple of the refueling machine, in order to reduce the machine's modification, as far aspossible, it adopts the method of intercepting data from the LCD in the refueling machineso that it can gain the refueling charge. And considering that the machine itself hascommunication function module, when the station's establishment it had already reservedthe RS485 connection, so this system has also selected the RS485 connection. After fullyconsideration about each factor, the logic security card SLE4442 and the push-pop cardstand is selected for the system's input device. And 4×4 keyboard is selected for anotherinput device. In the choice for output device, in order to let the workman and drivercustomers see the information clearly, such as the fueling charge, amount receivable andso on, the LCD module 12864 is selected, which can display four row, and eight Chinesecharacters in each row.For software system in the background, in order to satisfy the request of the company'smanagement, it has produced the main routine module, IC card management modulewhich includes IC card's initialization, reporting lost, patching the card, upgrading, and soon, and IC card inquiry module, including IC card's certification inquiry, the file inquiry,patching card inquiry, lost card inquiry, and so on. Using VC++6.0, combining SQL2000database programming software, adopting the fabric of 'C/S'—'Client/Server', thedeveloping for software system is carried on. Its client of the system is the window facingthe user. Most of the system function is implemented in this part while the existence ofthe server is the storage of the dealing record, which is to say the data mine of the C/Ssystem.The IC card expense system for the refueling machine is specially designed for thecompany to meet the urgent need, it realized the auto collection of fueling data, and itraised all the company's work efficiency and automated management. Its developmentmanifests the revolutionary transformation of payment for all the refueling industry.
