Study On Enterprise One-card Management System Base On Distribute Database

With the continuous development of science and technology and the growing awareness of modern enterprise management, business card management has become a trend in modern business management. It is able to access card system, personnel, time and attendance, payroll, consumption, parking management and other functions. It is convenient for employees of enterprises in daily life time and strengthens enterprise management as the same time. It is welcomed by enterprise and the staff Employees and achieves a win-win. So more and more enterprises begin to develop and deploy their own One-card system. However, the current One-card system has certain common problems and shortcomings. It can not meet the fundamental needs of businesses and employees.This paper introduces the One-card system development process and the current research, and analyzes some existing problems and deficiencies and the factors restricting the development of smart card system in the current card system. Then it analyses and studies the system requirement, RF card ,network layout, development architecture, security and other aspects of card system. Then it gives a solution of business card based on the distributed database. It researches and studies the deployment and implementation of distributed database in deeply. It gives a distributed database implementations which combines the middleware and database replication technology for the shortcomings and technical difficulties. Finally, it briefly introduces some subsystems of the business card which is based on XML technology.This paper replies middleware and database technology in distributed database system to solve the difficulties of data synchronization and data replication between the central database and the subsystem database. This design reduces the coupling degree between the subsystem and the management system and facilitates the functionality expansion of the enterprise One-card system in future. Employer can management and grasp every respect of each subsystem management with the help of the center management system, general will be able to achieve all of the related information through the one-stop information platform.
