One-piece telecontrol garage door system is a new type autocontrol garage door system, whichcontrolled by wireless signal and to be opened through turning over and lifting. Based on the researchand study of existing garage door, this paper puts forward a prompting scheme pointing to the motionand control way of garage door, and the design methods were studied.In this paper, the operation mode was analyzed and compared, the design method of lift linkagewas studied particularly. Based on the analysis and introduce of the telecontrol device, encode anddecode were studied for safety control. A circuit to perform the control logic function was designed, andtest had been carried out on some of its functions. During this, the means to anti-interference wasintroduced. Especially, a mechanism was designed to against the case of power off, it can be operatedby user with their hands, and can be switched easily between normal and abnormal state. Also it can beperformed as the user required stopping the door in any position.It is the key to turn over and lift garage door properly that ensuring the lift linkage. Traditionaldesign method is laborious and time consuming, it is hard to repeat and modify the parameters.Therefore, using the soft ware of MATLAB and ADAMS, the author built a way to design the linkagevisually, easily, repeatedly, and alterably. This method can decide the dimension and position of the liftlinkage, utilizing the technique of virtual prototype, it can carry out the dynamic analysis and optimizeon the model of lift linkage.Miscellaneous functions were introduced in this paper.
