Two research about ccd image sensor are studied in the paper.First, Pulse Driving Circuit for TDI/CCD Image Sensor is as follows:CCD Time Delay and Integration image sensor arrays(TDI/CCD) offers significant sensitivity improvement over a linear sensor. This is particularly at low light level operations since the exposure time is increased by a factor which is equal to the number of the TDI stages (n) in the sensor, however the noise only increases by the square root of n. This is because a TDI imager operates on the principle of integrating charge over n number of stages. Also it has the additional advantage of a very even photo response non-uniformity (PRNU) and fixed image noise effect across the frame.The key of using TDI/CCD is the pulse driving generator and the output signal processor .In this paper, the operating principle of CCD is described firstly, then the pulse driving electronic circuit of TDI/CCD image sensor is studied deeply and designed. Fairchild 'sCCD525 is chosen as image sensor, so its driving circuit is analyzed and devised with CPLD based on comparing several traditional methods. The CPLD was used as hardware design platform and VHDL was employed to describe the driving sequencer.The designed generator has been successfully fulfilled system simulation with QuartusII software and fitted into MAX7000AE (a kind of CPLD products that made by Altera) .The simulation and the result s of measurement demonstrate that this method is feasible . Through the analysis about the noise composition and corresponding suppression measures, a double sampling method based on digital technique is presented in allusion to the limitation of existing methods.The stable output of TDI/CCD and operation of data acquisition system are achieved, test pulse driving waves are given out, the system's performance and problem are summarized which can provide some experience for further research.Second,Design of Miniature CCD Camera Groupware of Visible Light is as follows:With the fast development of the IC manufacture technics, the miniaturization technology of CCD camera become more and more mature. The design of the miniature visible light monochrome CCD camera with ICX039DLA image sensor of SONY was presented in this paper. Due to the fine design of circuits and device selection, it offers experiment features in volume-, power consumption> the quality of the image and the sensitivity. It achievers the design target by enhancing the quality of the image while dwindling the volume.
