Research And Implementation Of Cooperative Requirements Development & Management System (CRDMS)

Now software becomes more complexity and the software development world is experiencing an irreversible trend towards the globalization of business, it is becoming of paramount to develop quality SRS, which is the foundation for both software development and project management activities. Requirements development and management processes (RD&M) integrate methods, technologies, resources such as checklists, templates, lessons-learned, and providing basic supporting for its improvement. As important parts of software processes, the quality and its improvement of RD&M process is described, such as the effects on software projects and all stakeholders, and its activities involved and its modeling, and concepts on process constructing, environments of process operating, accumulating of process assets.This creates the need to structuring the platform or tools which help to reach effective and collaborative processes activities management, and to improve the production, deduce the costs, lessen the risks of software requirements development group. Traditional approaches can no longer handle the complexity of task, and programmers could not keep up with the growing demand for end-to-end business processes. The Business Process Management Suites (BPMS) enables implementation of business processes directly on the IT infrastructure without the prohibitive cost of software reengineering. Existing heritage systems, however, remain valuable for both internal and external process-based development, because their functionality, currently ingrained and embedded, can be tapped and encapsulated by the BPMS as software components that contribute to new or improved business process designs. The BPMS does not replace existing applications, although its ability to easily define and execute new processes will be used to replace some application development as experience gives companies the confidence to take that step.It is business processes modeling language (BPML) that enlightened us on the subject in this paper to compare and analyze existing RD&M processes definitions, and to reconcile and unite different religious beliefs on technologies, methods, tools, roles which used in RD&M processes, and then to provide a collaborative platform, CRDMS, which help project manager to model RD&M processes and execute it. Based on research of business processes technologies and theories, software process concepts on RD&M, web services flows, and BPMS, the implementation of CRDMS was described in this paper.
