Study On The Event Review

The event review, having played an important role in Chinese newshistory, with a history of over 100 years since it came into being, has made great contribution to strengthen valuable and worthy reading of medium speech, and has been a significant weapon for many news medias to challenge each other.Because of various causes, the event review has risen and ebbed at a time. During the end of 20century and the beginning of 21 century, the event review started to get revived in Chinese news medias and came to reach a scene of great prosperity within a short period of several years. At the same time, there appeared a craze of the event review research and articles on the event review research, among which specific case and study on specific questions occupy numerous and the systematic study few. Besides, it is quite confusing about the analysis of some central problems of the event review.The author has selected "the event review" in the essay as the object of study, hoping to have a clear command of the essay style through systematic exploration and study of circle, historical evolution, feature and function of the event review.In the first chapter, the author has drew a conclusion from nun(?)s definitions given by many researchers, and gave a definition to the event review in his circle. Then on the basis of it, the author made an induction to the development sequence of ideas of the event review about over 100 years, and the author also made a description and generalization to the condition of the recently high prosperity of the event review. Then, on the basis of on-the-spot investigation of the event review, the author made an induction of features of "effectiveness nature of spread", "open and freedom nature of participation", "reason and critical nature of creativity" etc. What's more, the author drew a conclusion about the event review to Chinese social function combining major epoch proposition of Chinese society.
